Cheese plays a big role in human race. When I ponder some thoughts about the reality of cheese, it makes me wonder and makes me more curious. Indeed, cheese is rich in culture and history.

Today, we are going to talk about cheese.
Cheese has different types and are made up of different sources. It depends on how old it is and how it is manufactured. It also varies from what animal you get the milk from; either they are from:

Cow’s Milk
Goat’s Milk
Sheep’s Milk
Buffalo’s Milk
Mixed Milk (any combination from the above milks)

Each of those animals’ milk gives your cheese special and unique tastes. That gives us reason to have options in choosing types of cheese that we may like. Cheese-making companies can now give consumers a wide range of cheese types. These are some of the cheese types:

Blue Cheese: This product is commonly used in our society today. This is a common classification that comes from a cow’s milk, sheep’s milk or goat’s milk. Pennicillium is added to this which gives the bluish color within the cheese. This added material is also responsible for giving this cheese a distinct type of odor and aroma.

Soft and Fresh Cheese: This type of cheese can be made up of the different cheese sources. This is an all-natural cheese. It gives a less strength in its flavor. It has soft texture. This kind of cheese needs to be quickly consumed. The soft cheese is a bit older in age than the fresh cheese.

Semi-soft Cheese: This type of cheese has firmer texture than fresh cheese. This types comes with a richer flavor. This cheese type serves as a table cheese that could be used during cooking. This is a cook’s secret recipe.

Hard-type Cheese: The hard type cheese is older when it comes to age. This is used in sprinkling to be added as a topping.

Stinky Cheese: This type of cheese may have a different odor but its taste gives unique flavor to a dish.
